Jedediah Hawkins' House Restoration Project

The Hawkins house started out as a project that we partnered with Dr. Frank Arena, in order to save one of the most beautiful structures on the north fork. Our goal in the beginning was simply to save this great old home. As we delved deep into the bones of this home we reached a precipice, knowing to continue the restoration would cost more than it would be worth practically.

We decided to try to turn the Hawkins House into the North Fork’s premier country inn and restaurant. We jumped off the cliff. We still have a ways to go. We believe with the help of the community we can be a business that all of us on the north fork can be proud of.
